Lynne M MacLean, is an Ottawa writer and community health researcher whose fabulist and horror short fiction and poetry have been published in Room Magazine, On Spec Magazine, PodCastle, Augur Magazine, Alternate Plains: Stories of Prairie Speculative Fiction, The Cellar Door, A Themed Anthology Issue 2: Forbidden Magic, Stupefying Stories, and Tesseracts Fifteen, among others. Born and raised in Winnipeg, she previously lived and worked as a mental health practitioner in Canada’s prairies and Northwest Territories, where much of her fiction is set.
