2019 Aurora Award Ceremony
The Can*Con co-chairs and organizing committee are pleased to invite you to join them for the Aurora Award ceremony, which will take place off-site, at the Christchurch Cathedral’s Great Hall. A reception will be hosted there, with paid bar and appetizers served round. There is no entry fee, and all Can*Con attendees are welcome to join.

WHEN?
Saturday evening, October 19.
The reception will begin at 6pm, and the awards ceremony at 7:00 (ish). The reception hall will be open for a while after the ceremonies, so please toast nominees and winners and the general awesomeness of Canadian SFF!

WHERE?
The reception will be hosted at the Christchurch Cathedral’s Great Hall (414 Sparks Street). This venue is walkable from the Sheraton Ottawa, and we recommend strolling down Sparks Street to reach it.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
An accessible shuttle will be available, the first leaving the Sheraton at 6 pm. Please note that priority will be given to individuals with mobility devices or concerns. The final shuttle of the evening will leave Christ Church Cathedral at 9:45 pm.
